1/ 1/3 c. sliced ripe bananas 1 c. skim milk 1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt 1/4 c. wheat germ 1 egg (optional) 2 tsp. vanilla 1 pkt. sugar substitute freeze sliced bananas overnight. place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. garnsih with nutmeg. I have done it without freezing the bananas and it is tasty. If egg is added count as an extra 1/2 meat. |
