Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium size bowl, sift together flours, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In separate bowl, combine egg, Butter Buds, Splenda, vanilla and bananas. Add dry ingredients, mix until moist. Turn into a nonstick or greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Serves 10. 110 calories and 18 carbs.
Note: If you substitute zucchini for the bananas, the calorie count is 90 and 15 carbs per slice.
