Ingredients
1 small box sugar free Jell-O (any flavor) 1/4 cup boiling water 2 containers (8 oz each) sugar free yogurt (same flavor as Jell-O) 1 small container Fat free or Lite Cool Whip 1 prepared 9" reduced fat graham cracker pie crust
Procedure
In large bowl, dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. With wire whisk, stir in yogurt. With spoon, fold in Cool Whip well. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate overnight or at least 2 hours. This can be made without a crust, for less carbohydrates
