Ingredients
Another Parfait which I created: 1 to 2 T. sugar free hot fudge Sugar free angel food cake frozen or fresh strawberries (sliced) add equal if necessary lite or fat free whipped topping
Procedure
Take 1-2 T. sugar free hot fudge and place on bottom of parfait glass; sugar free angel food cake to be cut into round circle and placed on top of fudge, add 1-2 dollops of lite or fat free whipped topping; sliced strawberries; and repeat layers. Can add additional sugar free hot fudge in between layers, if desired. Serve immediately. Dietary Exchange: uncertain but I would calculate it into 2 starches with some fat exchange.
