I like to use black in the top color box and white in the bottom and a stroke of 1.O for most of my dings and then fill with color.
I use the wand inside the areas i want to fill and when i have ants i go to modify and to expand by 1, then a new layer for each fill and some layers of fill I use the cut out as shown below.
Remember to select none after you are done and always go back to ur original layer before getting ants again.
You can use any methods you want to use on your dings and tag..
