and impossible to miss
wrapped up in furry bundles tight
a gorgeous sight this is
and feline in so many ways
mysterious ..........that's true
one simple look is all they need
to see inside of you
their trust they give in purring tones
just listen .......yes it's true
if there so sweet and soft right now
they've found a friend in you
but if it's deep well .........their asleep
if light ............just look and see
yes their awake. but acting as
their not and teasing.........see
they have a way when you feel sad
of sensing something's wrong
they way they look and stare at you
and purr..........yes all day long
but when your happy they run out
and gone till eventide
the food not eaten milk not drunk
just happy all the time
it's winter............. most of all i like
as snow flakes ........gently fall
and open fire a candles glow
my cat ...and me... " that's all "
