all files will open inside of paintshop once u have installed psp on ur puter just as ceejay stated above

but

she is also trying to inform u that 

files vary    

they end in different letters for a reason

there are .bmp files used in hotmail

.gif files for transparent or animation images

.jpeg (jpg) files for solid bg still graphics 

.psp - .tub - .pspimage file endings are only tubes for paintshop and cannot be seen outside of paintshop or animation shop!

if u have a picture in paint shop and all u do is click on save or even save as..................it does not save in a format that can be seen anywhere except in paintshop or animation shop

it will not be able to be seen anywhere except in psp

in order for a image or graphic u create in paintshop to become a graphic recognized by all programs all of them like msn posts and hotmail etc.

it must be exported as .jpeg (or .jpg) or exported as a .gif file

if u save pictures in ps

u go to file > export > 

.jpeg optimizer - for graphics with solid backgrounds

or

.gif optimzer - for graphics with transparent backgrounds
