Hi all here is the pic I used for you to try
I opened it in psp 8 Make 4 layers use your lasoo tool to out line the water where you want to make it move
then go to plug in eye candy and click Jiggle
for your setting in jiggle clik on turbulent Bubble size for 1st layer is 11.00
warp amount 2.16 and twist 04
2nd layer change bubble size to 12.00 rest stays the same
3rd layer bubble size to 13.00 rest the same
4th layer bubble size to 14.00 rest the same
then go to selections and clik Select none
save pic ((((mines gets saved so i can open in browse in animation shop)) so I open in there and then save as a gif
so however you save your animations lol pls do it that way
OHHHHHHHHHH forgot srry Add all writing on pic b4 you start the jiggle outline and merge the layers then promote background if needed hope i got it all now lol
this is how mine came out using those settings above good luck have funnnnnn
| heheh one more thing I also went to animation in animation shop and cliked frame properties and cliked it to 20 lol then saved it as a gif lol sooooooo 1 st do all writing !!!!!! then start at top of first post !!!!!!!!!!and end with the lil note in this post !!!!!!!!! ohhh my i feel so silly  |
