Balls and Bubbles  
This was written in PSP 8 but can be done in 9 and in 10. 
  You will need a tube.
 This could be a very long tut as there are many things you can do. You may want to play around with it later as there are different shapes, colours you can get.
 1. Open a new image 600x600
 2. Add a new layer
 3.Click selection tool.....circle
 4.Draw a large circle to fill your image
 5. Flood fill with any colour. The colour will be changed in Balls and Bubbles.
 6. Click effects/artistic effects/Balls and Bubbles
 7. Shape tab- dot/single balls or bubbles
                       dot/Maximum possible size
 8, Surface tab-material/select a pattern....Opacity 100
                         Shininess 100 Gloss your choice..watch 
                         preview pane until you have what you 
                         like         
 9. Maps tab-Bump map checked....select a bump
                      smoothness I used 88   depth 97   size 102
 Environmental map  opacity 100.....your choice of map
 10. Illumination tab....I used maximum 48   minimum 27
 If you want only 1 colour then have 1 light showing and remove any others. For 2 or 3 colours add the lights.
 Highlight light 1 and enter your colour
 Highlight light 2 and your colour.
 Highlight light 3 and your colour.... Highlight size I used 67
 Click ok
 11.Select none
 12. Effects/geometric effects....you choose. I used pentagon...dot transparent
  13. Then I went back to geometric effects and used perspective horizontal....distortion 49...... transparent
  14. You can mirror and flip your image if you wish. You can also change colour in Adjust/hue and saturation.colourize.
  15.Crop
 16.If you wish add an inner bevel.
 17. Add watermark, tube and text.
 18, Animate if you wish.
 19. I took mine to AS and saved as a gif.
 20. If you do not want a transparent background then highlight raster 1 and flood fill.
