You must first start a system for keeping things you like in Documents files for example say we want to save Fonts first you need a folder in Documents to store these files here is my way

Now you got the idea now to use any of those fonts just open the folder and double click it to open The Font and leave it open  and go click the font tool in psp you will find the font is now availible in psp.

  Now here is an example of using tubes in documnets

     Now when ever psp is open you can go to file then browse to find and see those tubes if you find one you want to use a tube there it's easy to use it double left click it then its open in PSP and if you want it in the frame your working on just copy and paste it into the graphic and resize, Note: always paste as new layer.

   Now using Mask and Brushes is easy when ever you need one just use the browse feature to find the folder in docs called mask or brushes when using them they will work just like if you had them in the main folders of mask and brushes. just click the on mask and then scroll to that folder to see the listings.

The main tubes folder will only hold 75 to 80 tubes then it will kick out one each time you add one so using the Documents folders allows you more space and time plus the control you need not to loose important graphics.

The Main Fonts folder can only hold 250 fonts, I recomend not going over 200. The Main Fonts folder can error your system out if you have to many so alternatives are needed, the Documents as I explained above allow this alternative,, you can now use 1000's using alternate docs folders.
