Dbl click on the plug-in zipfile when u find one u want to add to ur psp
Choose save to ur plug-ins folder in documents or program either one.
 Find ur saved file.
 Go to File > Extract
Browse to find ur Plug-In folder inside of Paint Shop Pro where u want it to unzip to.
 Start > Documents > Drive C > Programs >  Jasc Software > Paint Shop Pro 8/7 or 9  > Plug-Ins >
Create Folder as New Folder and
Name it the same as the Plug-In Name
U dont have to create a folder but it cleans up ur plug-ins folder if u decide u want to eliminate a certain plug-in later.
U wont have the headache of figuring out which little files go to which plug-in and u wont endanger ur plug-ins by eliminating the wrong dll files etc.  It also makes is eaasy to delete those demo plug-ins u can download.

   1. Unzip the files into your plugins folder.
The files on here are in a format called zip, it is a way of packaging up and compressing files so they are quicker to transfer over the internet.
If you don't have a program to 'unzip' them you can get one here.Winzip
The plug-in folder or file contains a small text file, and a set of filter files, it is these files you need to move into your Jasc Paint Shop Pro plugins folder.
If you don't already have a specific folder on your computer for plug-ins you will need to create one. 2. Check you have msvcrt10.dll.
Id u use Filters originally designed for Adobe Photoshop, PSP can read this format, but it needs an additional file called msvcrt10.dll to be placed in the Windows/System folder.
 A zipped copy of msvcrt10.dll
