My doc told me that getting preg was temp endo cure.  Something to do with the high hormone level during preg, but that right after delivery it start back up. 

My son is 3 yrs old and I have been ttc since March.  To get preg with I ttc for a year and went in for an ultrasound after a painful examination and she detect a mass on my right side.  The ultrasound showed possible ectopic preg.  I went in the next day for a lap, had my tubes clear and blown up, started clomid and here is Brandon.  Went for a check up and my doc suggest the same course of action this time, who knows if I could be so blessed again.  Ironic I consider all of this blessed, but I do know that this is one cause of infertility.

I had 5 endometriomas removed during different surgeries for endo.

I had an endometrioma actually two diagnosed on ultrasound before by an endo specialist. It was confirmed on MRI also. Had surgery to remove it, resulted only as an hemorrhagic cyst, which is painful. I would wait and see what you Dr. states. The only definitive way of diagnosising an endometrioma is with surgery. They can make a good guess, but again the only way to truly diagnosis endo is surgery. They can follow the cyst and it may go away. If it persists after about three months, they may recommend surgery to remove. Endometriomas cannot dissolve, they need to be removed by surgery.
