Sorry to trouuble you again but I thought I better mention that I noticed 3 of my replys to Kay on the Balfour site returned to me undelivered. The others are on the site though. 

I am only mentioning this in case you are trying to work out why they returned to me,but checking this site Balfour some of them got thru.
