Patrick Hannan came to the Salisbury area of South Australia from Ireland.  He was born about 1821 in Limmerick.  Is there anyone out there who has access to Irish records for Limmerick.

Hi Mike
Thank you for your interest and response.  Yes - this information for Patrick and Hanora is what I have contributed.  What I am really trying to find out is if there is anyone with access to Irish records so that I can find out where Patrick was born and when, and who his parents were.
Kind regards
Chris Hannan

Hi Mike'

Thank you for your efforts.  Sorry it has taken a while to get back to you.  Have been too busy to scratch myself.   If the Parish priest responds - let me know.

Sarah Selina McCONVILLE was the wife of Patrick Christopher HANNAN who was the first child of Patrick HANNAN and Hanora CURRY.   Patrick Christopher was born 6 Jun 1855 in South Australia whereas Patrick HANNAN his father was born in Ireland but I don't know when or where.  I am hoping that I might learn more by using the new research website.

Kind regards
Chris

Michael
Would it be possible for Father Tom to confirm that the marriage for Patrick and Hanora is indeed on the Parish of Parteen records for the 26th February 1854.
Kind regards
Chris
