Looking for connections/information about my McLindens. My great great grandmother was Elizabeth McLinden, born in Banbridge in 1830. Her father was Henry McLinden and he was listed in 1846 as being a cabinet maker and upholsterer working in Bridge St Banbridge. Her mother's name was Sally (Sarah) Ann. Elizabeth came to Australia on the first Potato Famine Orphan ship, the Earl Grey in 1848. That's all I know of her family. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Gail

Hi Mike,
Thank you so much for your help and information. I'm afraid though, I don't understand when you say you have "a set for family name" in Seapatrick. Can you explain to a novice please?

Gail
Once on the Griffiths if you check. The names that dont look connected.you click on the left information. It will list the land holders.
you will see that it is owned by either Margaret McLinden or Henry.
So these name are most probably linked.
Margaret may be a sister Or Relative of Henry
If you click on the right Info Button it goes to a Picture of the Original Doc with names on.It then tells the Value of the Land .

Mike
