Well I'm confident the James and Josiah records are correct.  William Henry and Henry Pearce are possible on the basis the parents Christian names fit - though don't take this as red.
 
The others I can't say - I've found no evidence for them which fits the rest of the family.
 
The only really certain way is to obtain birth certificates which of course isn't always easy!
 
As for Willian and Loveday my guess (and it is a guess) is that they remained in England - if you scroll back up you'll see the death entry I found in Helston for a Loveday Couch - I believe this to be yours.
 
Now, armed with all this information, maybe you'd like to digest what we have and then get back to me with the direction you'd like me to follow.
