Bearing in mind how, over the years, names often become mis-translated or even changed, I'm finding that for the surname Hoekin the information forthcoming has been spelt Hocking.  Funnily enough I've found this previously when looking for a Hocking on behalf of someone else it had been transcribed as Hawkin.  Now with this in mind, and the location of St Keverne, I'm wondering if this one might fit:

LOVEDY THOMAS HOCKING Pedigree
  Female

Event(s):
Birth:
Christening:
30 MAR 1777   Cury, Cornwall, England
Death:
Burial:

Parents:
  Father:  ARTHAR HOCKING Family
  Mother:  ELIZABETH

Cury isn't that far from St Keverne and even in those days people did move from place to place between their birth and marriage.

Have a look at this and see what you think.
