Good morning, can anyone help with Mary Foley from Inchigeelagh, Cork please, married a John Cotter from Inchigeelagh, mother to Mary Cotter born Inchigeelagh, I don't have any dates as yet, but the marriage of their daughter Mary was the 25th Septmber 1855 in Quebec. The Foley's are my Irish side who I know next to nothing about !

Hi Marian thank you very much for finding all this info I was given the name Mary Foley by the National Archives Quebec, when in Canada it was Mary mother to Mary but Mary turned into Ellen on her childrens birth certs and her death cert !!So I dare say Mary Foley her mother could have been known as some thing else in Ireland !  These two Mary's must be mine as the Groom is mine you won't get too many Chichester Found's to the pound will you. And his parents names are correct to, I don't know how you manage it Marian but you have done well for me again as at least I now have names that as you say may be mine!!!  I will let you know when I receive the marrige cert from Canada but I don't know if there will be anymore info on it !!!Thank you once again.
Martha
