Hello all ,
A Merry Xmas and Happy New Year , may 2009 bring more info. to help us solve many queries!
The KENNEDY I am interested in was Thomas who was b. 1826 at Cluen House Bansha, m. 1854 to ELLEN O'CONNOR who was b. 1832.  Their children were, that I know of, Andrew  b.1855,  John  b. 1856, Hannorah b. 1858, Thomas b. 1860,  Anne b. 1862, Edmond b. 1864. William b. 1865, Ellen b. 1867, Edward b. 1869 and Mary Ann b. 1873.  I do have marriages for some of the children and afew came to Australia, Queensland.  Was just wondering if maybe parents could be found which may spill over to finding out about ELLEN O'CONNOR.  Will have to close now, thunderstorm coming, will check later and add more info. if you need something.  Thanks, mrs. bee

Hi Mrs Bee.
Well I dont have much to tell on the Kennedy side of things this time unfortunately but no worries as I am looking for flights back to Ireland in April of this year giving us time to collect & exchange our ancestors information.
However I did get confirmation that one of my Callaghans was married to a Kennedy from this area. On a headstone in Fennor graveyard .....

JOHANNA KENNDEY
died 19nd Jan 1969
Husband EDWARD KENNEDY
died 22nd Oct 1970

also MARY KENNEDY
died 1st May 1981
Husband EDWARD KENNEDY
died 23rd Sept 2002 aged 91

My uncle & aunt who live in Fennor told me JOHANNA was a CALLAGHAN so if we will start with EDWARD who died 2002 because we have his age of death (making his year of birth abt c1910) lets see where he leads us, who knows we could be related Mrs Bee!!

Just a wee suggestion - perhaps we should take this over to the new site and continue.........
