I am having trouble finding my great grandfather's family his name was John Thomas Lacy/Lacey said to be born 1852 - 1854 Whilechapel England his father was William and mother Martha this i have from his death certificate it also said he had been in Australia 67 yrs he died 1924 making it 1857 when he came to Australia but I haven't been able to find proof of this also it has that he married Elizabeth Grace Williams in 1874 at Rydal NSW but the only John married a Janet Campbell so he may have lied here too

Maybe someone out there my have knowledge of John
