I think this is Hilda's birth record.  Wombwell is in Barnsley.  She would have been age 2 at the time of the 1901 census which was taken that year on 31st March.

I have found the family in 1891 and Henry's middle initial is definitely J.  They are living in Nuneaton at 17 Abbey Street, and Henry is a Coal Miner.  Children listed are Lucy D. age 5, Arthur H. age 3, and Mary E. age 3 months.

In 1871, Henry age 8 is with his family at 129 Chapel End, Hartshill where he was born.

His parents are:

 

Richard Parsons   53    Ribbon Weaver    born Stockingford (Nuneaton) c1818
Mary    46    born Nuneaton c1825

Children listed:  Joseph 19, Matthew 17, Samuel 11, Henry 8, Alfred 4, and Martha 2.

 

Living at number 126 are John and Sophia Parsons, born 1810 and 1820.  Their daughters Ann born c1840 and Sarah c1858.  I would imagine John is Richard's brother.
