Hi Lee
I think this is the correct family.
1901 Welsh census
Living at 3 Adelaide Street, Cardiff
William Henry Quick 36 b Stonehouse, Devon c1865
Louisa A. Quick 25 Wife b Cardiff c1876
Dorothy A. Quick 5 daughter b Cardiff c1896
William F. T. Quick 3 son b Cardiff c1898
Louisa G. A. Quick 1 daughter b Cardiff c1900
Thomas Dixon 26 Boarder b Manchester
Here are the children's births:
Births Mar 1896
Quick Dorothy Amelia Cardiff 11a 305
Births Dec 1897
Quick William Frederick T Cardiff 11a 339
Births Jun 1899
QUICK Louise Gertrude A Cardiff 11a 365
Births Sep 1909
QUICK Arthur Edward Cardiff 11a 397
Of course there may have been other children born in the ten years between Louise Gertrude A. and Arthur Edward. But we don't yet have access to the 1911 census.
Now, according to William's birth record from the LDS site, William's mother and his wife had the same name, Louise Amelia Ritter. My guess is that the younger Louisa Amelia was his cousin.
