Hello Gwynne
I only received one census form - was that right? I will transcribe as best I can. It is easier to read in daylight, but still quite difficult. I had to magnify to 200%.
I checked some of the names against the birth records for West Ham on FreeBMD http://freebmd.rootsweb.com/ I think Baden might be Arthur Lester B. Tilly as I found this name for 1900. I also found a Lucy Eileen born 1905. There are quite a number of Tilly births in West Ham, too many for one family, but I feel they are nevertheless related - perhaps cousins? But you will probably know that. One interesting find was Ivy Ranger Tilly born 1905. The Tilly birth records for West Ham come to a sudden stop in June 1907, which is the year the family emigrated. You might want to search FreeBMD yourself - just click Births, type in surname Tilly, then the year range that you want. When they come up it is easy to spot the West Ham ones.
Now to the census. Address looks to me like 21 Rippendowns
