Orange Mint Slush
Ingredients:
a.. 2 cups sugar
b.. 6 cups water
c.. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
d.. 12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate
e.. 6 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
f.. 6 cups club soda
Preparation:
In a heavy saucepan, mix sugar, 3 cups of the water and mint leaves. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat and cool 1 hour. Strain mixture and reserve liquid. In large non metal freezer container, combine strained liquid, remaining water, orange juice concentrate and lemonade concentrate and mix well until blended.
Cover and freeze until solid. To serve, scrape 2/3 cup slush mixture into a serving glass and slowly pour 1/3 cup club soda over slush

Pineapple-Banana Slush

A Real Thirst Quencher!!!



I did not use the lemon because I did not have any when I made this.. but it is very good.  I also just add crushed Ice to

mine. Because I usually want to drink it right then...



1 46oz. can pineapple juice

1 1/2 cups orange juice

1 lemon (peeled and seedless)

3 cups water

2 cups sugar

4-5 bananas

7-up



Heat water and sugar. Do NOT Boil. Add juices. Blend the bananas and lemon

with a small amount of this juice added to the blender. Mix all together and

freeze. Serve using half of this mix and half 7-up.

Soy Mochaccino Slush

1 cup ice cubes
3/4 cup chocolate soy milk
1 packet Cappuccino NESTLÉ® CARNATION® INSTANT BREAKFAST Nutritional Energy Drink
  1. Place ice, soy milk and Carnation Instant Breakfast in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.

Makes 1 serving

Strawberry Lemonade Slush



Ingredients:

2 cups strawberries

1 cup sugar

3 cups water

1 cup lemon juice

Red food coloring

Crushed ice



Method:

Puree strawberries. Stir sugar with 1 cup water and lemon juice until

dissolved. Add remaining water, strawberries and food coloring. Serve

over crushed ice. Decorate with strawberries and lemon slices.
