Parson's Pina Colada Shake

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup cream of coconut
  1. Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.

Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

Shake, Raspberry and Roll

3 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 cups milk
2 large scoops vanilla
ice cream
1 cup Raspberry Flavor NESTEA® Sweetened Iced Tea Concentrate
  1. Place ice, milk, ice cream and Nestea in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses.

Makes 4 servings.

Strawberry Milk Shake

2 cups vanilla ice cream
1 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  1. Combine ice cream, milk and strawberries in a blender. Blend for 15 seconds, or until smooth. Serve immediately.

Tropical Date Shake

1/2 cup pitted dates
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
1 1/2 teaspoons rum
1 1/2 cups vanilla
ice cream
2 tablespoons yogurt
  1. Combine dates, pineapple juice, coconut and rum in a blender; process at high speed for about 3 minutes or until smooth. Add ice cream and yogurt; blend until just combined. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Milk Shake

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate syrup
1/4 cup milk
12 cubes ice

In a blender, combine peanut butter, chocolate syrup, milk and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 4.

Cherry Chip Shakes

3 tbsps. hot fudge ice cream topping 
1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips
4 maraschino cherries
whipped topping and additional cherries

In a blender combine ice cream, fudge topping, chocolate chips and cherries. Cover and process until blended. Pour into tall glasses. Top with a dollop of whipped topping and a cherry.

Serve immediately over crushed ice. Garnish with whipped cream, if desired.

Mocha Mint Shake

1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa
2 1/2 cups strong brewed coffee
1/4 cup coffee liqueur
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups milk

Stir together first 5 ingredients in a saucepan; cook, whisking constantly, over medium heat, 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Microwave milk in a 2-cup glass measuring cup at HIGH 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Pour one-third hot milk in a heat-proof jar; seal with lid. Shake until frothy. Repeat twice with remaining milk.

Pour coffee into 4 mugs; top with frothed milk. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings

Peach 'n Pineapple Shake



1 pint vanilla cream



3/4 cup canned sliced peaches, drained and chilled



3/4 cup chilled, unsweetened pineapple juice



1 cup chilled milk



Combine ice cream, peaches and pineapple juice in blender container.



Blend until smooth. Add milk and blend. Pour into chilled tall



glasses. Makes about 4 cups.

Apple Honey Shake

1 quart chilled apple cider or juice
2 cups chilled orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 teaspoons grated orange rind

Combine all ingredients and shake to blend. Pour over ice in tall glasses. Garnish with mint sprig, apple slice or long peel of orange. Makes 6 servings.
