if you like grapes this smoothie will be quite the treat and for all the sweet flavor this is a very healthy smoothie recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups red seedless grapes
  • 1/3 cup boysenberries
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of grape juice (I prefer sparkling white grape juice.)
  • 2 cups of ice

If you can’t find one of the berries, just substitute more of the others so you have 1 full cup of nutrient-rich berries.
