Alright, Diane....you listen to this: I've been hearing you complain about just coasting along and how much better you did a year ago and "poor you" have this wounded leg that won't work and yadda, yadda, yadda!!! What's going on here, really? Do you remember when you said you were 3 Dianes? The "Really Fat Diane" at 400+....the "Fat Diane" after you lost over 120 pounds and got rid of one person....and then there's just plain old Diane who hasn't had a chance to come out into the light in a long time...Do you remember that??? You were going to eliminate that first really fat chick from your life forever!! You have done that....BUT you let "Fat Diane" dig in and take over for the last year! She has used every trick and every excuse and every last ounce of her strength to figure out ways to keep you where you are and not give you a chance to kick her out on her butt!!

So, now, PAY ATTENTION AND STOP COASTING!!! You need to go back and do the things that work. Talking about how much easier it was when you were so enthusiastic at the start will get you nowhere! You ....right I said YOU!! have to start measuring all your food again..no eyeballing or guessing....YOU have to start marking off your water ounces again and not assuming your getting enough in! YOU have to start keeping track of how many fruits and veggies you are really getting in each day. And lastly YOU have to get up and get moving!!! Even when you were over 400 pounds you managed to sit in a chair and do upper body work!! What's stopping you from doing that? Plain obstinance? Just being pissed off because you've had a bad leg for all these months in no excuse!!

LISTEN UP, DIANE AND PAY ATTENTION!!! No one is going to do this for you...You can't let people cut you all kinds of slack because you lost so much already because it's not enough!! and no slack for the bad leg....You can get yourself moving and find something that you can do!!

ARE YOU STILL LISTENING??I am serving notice to Fat Diane...it was 2 years ago when I started the eviction process for Really Fat Diane and she's been gone for a year....Look out honey 'cause you are next!! I am loaded for bear and ready to go...
