 You can use a chart, do it *diary/journal* style..however you like to keep track of your WORKOUTS !!!!
  
 Lets take a thread for each month and keep a running tab on your calorie burning sweat sessions !!!!
 Name your thread, and keep adding to it daily if you can.  Start a NEW THREAD for each month as we go along.
