I have decided to make it my goal to checkin  everyday and to post how i did for the day. I was in the hospital with high blood pressure and was told I have to walk 15 minutes every day. I will also be starting a watch my food program and will post my calorie intake for the day. I dont know if you all will be interested but this is my way of being held accountable. ok. hugs Jenny

Jenny -

We're here for you. We may not all post every day, but someone is always around. Let us know how you do each day. I know that you will be successful.

Hey Jenny...

How ya doing out there?  Hows the walking going?  Are you writing everything down that you are eatting, ur walks, and your water?  That can help alot.  Then at the end of the day you can see where you were lacking, and improve the next day.

Let us know how your doing out there...

Jenny, Glad to hear you are following your doctor's advice. I bet you will feel better immediately. High blood pressure is scary. It does come down when you get healthy and follow your doctor's advice. I learned that from experience.

Best wishes with your new strategy.

Good luck, you can do it!  My hubby has high blood pressure also. With alittle tredmil time each day, eating better, and taking his blood pressure meds he got his pressure way down in just 3 or 4 weeks.
