Nothing fancy to lose the weight....Just really cut down on how much I was eatting, and increased better snacking throughout the day more. So I usually have a yogurt for breakfast...I bring an apple to work with me and have it around 10:30am... then lunch at around 12 and that is usually a bowl ( sometimes 2) of cereal, or a sandwhich.... try to get another fruit in late afternoon, and then dinner and I have cut my portions way down. If I was to have a toast, I would only have 1 instead of 2... half a sandwhich instead of a whole one... etc... And got the water going again.
We only have potatoes maybe a couple tiems a month if that, so I have cut way back on those too.
I still have the odd meal out at fast food restaurants, I just find I can't eat like I used to anymore.
I haven't made it to the gym for my own workouts in awhile, but I stay fairly active cleaning, walking ( new puppy helps) doing things with the boys.
First my weightloss started out from stress...but then I decided I liked the changes in my body, so I am keeping it up.
I have polysistic ovaries so for me to lose even a couple lbs of scale weight is amazing. I have never been able to do this before.
If I can do it..anyone can !!!
