Well, here I am. Another New Year, and another resolution to lose weight. This time I AM going to do it. I can't stand to be like this anymore. I don't like the way I look , or feel. I don't even want to get out of bed in the morning. My children deserve better than this. They deserve a Mom that can run and play, and have fun with them. I WANT to be that kind of Mom. I want to be healthy. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. 2008 is going to be my year. I KNOW I can do this. |

I did 40 minutes on the treadmill, and a bunch of housework. My back is hurting so bad today. I can't wait to get this weight off of me. I'm pretty sure that alot of my aches and pains will get better once I'm not lugging around all this extra weight. I'm going to exercise today, but I'm not going to push myself quite so hard. I think I'll do 2-15 minute sessions on the treadmill today. I'll have to see how I feel. |

I know I'm doing well, and I hope the scale reflects that on Monday. I did half an hour on the treadmill yesterday. I'd like to try for a bit more today, I'll have to see how I feel. I don't want to push myself too hard, and then burn out. |

| | | | | | | | Smiling | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | I feel soooooo good tonight. I stayed in my calorie and nutrition ranges. I did half an hour on the treadmill, and 20 crunches. I'm going to try for more crunches before I go to bed. I know I set a pretty high goal for myself. I have a little less than 1 year to lose about 99 pounds. If I don't reach it, I'll still be o.k. I might hit 150, and decide that I like the way I look and feel, and decide to stay there. Right now, I'm just trying to get to "onderland". As I reach each "mini" goal, I'll set a new one. One day at a time, and baby steps, will eventually take me to where I want to be. |

I'm going to lower the incline on the treadmill and see if that makes it easier. I'm all hunched over, and walking like my grandmother when I get up in the morning. When I go shopping next weekend, I want to look for a beginners yoga DVD. Maybe that will help with my back. |

Before, I could only walk for 15 minutes, then my back pain would make me get off. Yesterday I walked for 30 minutes without needing to stop. I am so proud of myself. Rewarded myself last night for the progress I made with a nice relaxing facial. |

We spent the whole day shopping. First the indoor flea market, then the mall, then Walmart. We had such a great time. I bought the dancing with the starts version of the DDR. I can't wait to try it today. Even though I didn't so well this weekend, I feel great. |
