My overall goal is to lose 30 pounds. I want to weigh 125 pounds. I am going to watch my calorie intake, do cardio exercise 4 times a week and do pilates every day of the week. I am going to keep track of my inches and weight every Friday and try to write down everything I eat.
Wish me luck! My prize for accomplishing this goal will be to go to Cancun! I hope that is a big enough carrot to dangle in front of my face.
