-do a few sit-ups
 -jog for 10 min. without fearing my lungs are going to EXPLODE
 -keep pace with those cheesy early-90s house/dance songs on my iPod
 -drink a bottle of water without grimacing
 -enjoy a dark green salad & not just force it down gagging
 -pass by a McDonald's counter without getting tics
 -have to hike up my pants if I don't have a belt on!!!
