Everyday I will get up @ 7 am and get my son up for school. Spend time with God. Then @ 8am take my son to school. At about 8:30 am start my 30minute treadmill walk in the weight room my complex provides, then try to do some tone weight lifting. Then walk back to my apartment and do about 20 stomach crunches with the trim ball I have.
I will start my morning by healthy eating with Special K breakfast.
I will come to the group everytime I am feeling low about myself and when someone makes me feel down. I will come to get the support needed to continue towards my weight goal.
