Day 19 - 22
 I walked my 6 miles and did my 20 stomach crunches every day.
  
 Day 23
 I walked this morning 5 miles and will walk three miles this evening.  Did my 20 crunchec this morning. I will be adding this afternoon weight lifting to tone my arms and legs.  I will add in a little treadmill walking.  This evening I will add 20 crunches.
