I began my new weight loss at 225 lbs.
April 18- 221 lbs
April 25- 215 lbs
May 2- 214 lbs
 
I hadn't begun any exercise plan until Monday May, 2. I'll post that on the Exercise board that info.

I haven't posted for a bit buuuuut, I'm down to 210 lbs.Yeaaaaaaah! I'm losing an average of 2 lbs per week and keeping it off. I love Dr. Phil. If he was here right now, I'd kiss his big feet..lol
