This is my first attempt at any on-line chat or message board or forum or whatever they're called, and I am desperate. We just relocated and my support network consists of my husband, 3 year old, and 7 month old~ Not a lot of help!
I just restarted the L.A. weight loss program, was succesful before I got pregnant. I am doing it more for the accountability factor (weigh-ins) than the program itself. I feel mostly alone, and I am motivated mostly at night while I lay in bed and think, 'tomorrow I will start my diet'.
I have about 20lbs to loose, a drop in the bucket compered to what I've had to loose before. Even when I follow a diet and exercise program to a T, the weight is VERY SLOW to come off.
Does anybody have any tips for speeding up the process?
Is everybody here an exercise proponent, or are there a few who just don't have the time/motivation?
I'm not sure how the replys work~ I would appreciate any input.
