I signed up months ago but am finally buckling down and getting serious.
Starting weight 189
This morning walked our dog Bailey with my mom and daughter for 30 min.
This afternoon I went to 24 hours fitness and rode the exercise bike for 20 min then did the treadmill for 30min. I burned a total of 227 calories.
I didn't eat to well today. I had a string cheese for breakfast. Lunch-a cup of green bean caserole (sp?) a cup of mixed nuts and dried fruit and a slice of ham. I did drink to glasses of water so far which is aobut 40oz. Tomarrow I am taking my daughter to the fair so we will be on out feet all day and I am excited about it.
