Hello ,
 I'm back again I was a member here awhile back and i loss some but gave up But this time i am here and I WILL stay on this Road.
 I'm on my 3rd week My First week I have no idea what i weight so starting on my 2nd week.
 Aug 31,2007 I weight 272.4 lbs
 Sept. 7,2007 270.0lbs
 a loss of 2.4lbs
  
 I walk 5 miles a day. 2 miles in the Morning and 3 miles in the afternoon. ( If the weather lets me )
 I have cut back on my foods ( don't over eat cause it taste sooo good lol )
 No more junk food
 hopeing to add some kind of workout besides just walking later on.
 I need to work on my water. Starting today ! 
 I will post a update everynite what i have walk and how much water i have drink. And on Every Friday Morning I will be posting my Weight.
  
 I'm 5'4 32 years old My Main Goal is 135lbs
