Have you ever counted the steps you have to climb up or down?
1.Do you have to climb steps from the Sidewalk? no
2 Do you climb steps to your front door? yes..8
3. Do you have to use steps to your yard? 8
4. Have you rooms on more than one level and use a staircase?8
5. Do you have a ladder to your loft or attic? 10
6. Do you have steps to a basement or cellar?6
7. Do you climb a step to raise the flag? no
8. Do you climb a ladder to clean windows? 6
9. Would you use a slope rather than steps? steps
10. Are some of the steps too many cmts high?nope
So how many steps do you have to take a day?not counting going to do errands.....45 a day or more ,,depends how many times I walk out doors or go up and down the basement
