Peanut butter Cookies..
This is an old recipe... One my mom made and maybe my grand mom.
Please note that there is no flour, or shotning.. butter in recipe. There is no soda or baking powder in it. It has only 4  things to go into it. And notice that they are all in 2's.

2 eggs
2 cups sugar
2 cups peanut butter
2 Tlbs vanilla
Mix eggs, sugar and peanut butter until well mixed
Add the vanilla. Mix well.
Drop by heaping teaspoon full on ungreased cookie sheet. With a fork, put a chris cross on each cookie.
bake at 350 degrees for about 14 mins.
These cookies have to cool on the cookie sheet for at least 5 mins. They firm up while setting. Chocolate chips or nuts may be added to this recipe.
Hope you enjoy them...
