7oz. (Approx. 2 cups) Macaroni
2 Tbsp. Butter
3Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 and 3/4 cups milk
2 cups cheddar cheese
Cook macaroni
In Med. pan, melt butter, stir in salt, mustard, flour.
Gradually stir in milk
Cook until it thickens slightly and bubbles
Remove from heat, add 1 cup of cheese. Stir until melted.
Add macaroni. Stir
Spoon into a 8 or 9 " baking dish
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375F for 25 min. or until browned.
Let stand 10 mins. before serving.
