1 box Vanilla wafer cookies
1 box Vanilla instant pudding (prepare as for pie)
4 bananas (cut in thin slices)
1 container Cool-Whip
 
Layer cookies on bottom & sides of 13"x9" pan.
Pour prepared pudding over top of cookies.
Place bananas over the pudding.
Top with Cool-Whip.
Refrigerate.
 
Easy, quick, and cheap!!
