2-8oz. cream cheese (at room temp.)
1/2c. jellied cranbery sauce
1c. crushed pecans
Whip cream cheese & cranb. sc. together.
Put on plastic wrap & roll into a ball.
Unwrap & roll around in pecans.
Re-wrap & refrigerate for several hours before serving.
Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
Wonderful for parties for hor'dourves.
Nice for holiday's ! (I've even made three, in shape of snowman for Christmas party tray.)
