5lbs. hamburger (browned & drained)
1 large onion (diced)
2T. beef base ( or beef boullion)
2T. chili powder
1T. garlic salt
1T. crushed red pepper
3/4c. sugar
3 cans chili beans
5 cans tomato paste
2 gal. water
Mix all ingredients.
Cook on med. heat for 4-5 hrs.
Makes about 4 gallons.
Have some-freeze some.
Or have it when you're expecting a croud!
