1-3/4 cup all - Purpose Flour

1-1/4 tsp " baking powder

3/4 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 cup of shortening

2 eggs

2 tbsp . milk

1 cup. bananas mashed.

1/4 cup chopped pecans or wall nuts.

 

Mix all ingrediants together.  Bake at 350 degreese F.  in oven for 60 to 65 min.  Cool in pan 10 min , remove and cool on rack .ready to serve.
