Chicken Enciladas
2-3 chicken breats - skinless
- boil - after cool pull apart into stirps
in seperate pan
1 can crm chicken soup
tub of green chili (can use canned chili)
heat - add chicken and garlic salt
in small baking dish:
add small amount of sauce w/chicken
tortillas
shredded Mexican style cheese
more tortillas
chicken sauce
cheese
continue layering until used all - put more cheese on top
Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes
