Pigs in the Blankets
1 pound ground beef
1/4 pound sausage
1 cup tomatoes
1 cup pre-cooked rice
1 large onion minced
parmesan cheese
oregano and garlic powder
salt & pepper
mix above and wrap in pre-cooked cabbage leaves.
Place closely together in cooker.
Cover WELL with tomato juice. simmer for 1 hour or more.
reheating improves the flavor!!
DO NOT ALLOW TO GO DRY! will be totally tasteless!!
