Cranberry salad

 

run thru food chopper (course)

4 apples and 3 oranges - remove apple core only

2 bags cranberries

chop 1 pound english walnuts or pecans

add 2 - 2 1/2 cups sugar

mix well and chill for 2 days

stir well before serving

(can add crushed pineapple)

 

This is a Christmas favoite!
