Peach Cobbler..
1 Large can of peaches (with juice)
1 teaspoon of baking power
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 cup sugar
1 cup of flour
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted.
1.. Preheat oven to 350 F
Pour fruit and juice into a 9" x 13" pan
2.. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, stir egg into dry ingredients and sprinkle mixture over peaches.
3.. Pour butter over all and bake at 350 F for 45 - 60 minutes. ( you may sprinkle sugar on top after baking for 30 mins)
